Paraguay - Animals in the Habitats and the Fossil sites, and Biodiversity

There are typical animals in South America, 14 species of opossums, 11 species of Armadillos, 1 species of sloth, and two species of anteater. There are 20 species of parrot and parakeets because the northern part of Paraguay is the subtropics. Moreover, the fossils of armadillo and ground sloth are excavated as typical animals in South America of Cenozoic era.
